I haven’t examined any data, so I don’t feel comfortable judging this teacher’s decision. I am uninformed about the most likely impacts her methods will have on her students, good or bad.Honestly, I wish I had a teacher like  her in high school, homework is kinda needed though if people know how to do it it’s good practice, if she made it optional I feel like it would get everyone off her back / improve the students that want to learn more. But she has a good point students can be fluidized with work/life in general. In grade 11/12 I know it was a busy time for a lot of students and some just didn’t have time to do work because they were so busy, some didn’t get enough sleep first hand saw that with my sister. She might a gotta respect her for that.

They are made characters. But they are to be diverse, not just with personalitys but looks too and that includes the body. People always talk about being represented in games and on TV and if people with large breasts can't be showen on something without being independently called fanservice or sexualizing them, its wrong. My wife is ashamed of her looks because of crap like this. They may not be doing it for the right reason either but they aren't making her bend over constantly or losing clothes, so I'll take it because we don't know why they are doing it. Also, I know its 99% about money with companies and businesses and maybe I'm being naive about is, but I dont think they are trying to appeal to Grumpy Cat Hug Mcdonald’s Underestimate Me That’ll Be Fun Shirt pedophiles.Because neither of those is happening.  Oh. Well my wife's district (I'm mid credential) doesn't have people write out lesson plans. They just kind of say go. So just thinking and going, "Hmmm... I think I'll try this tomorrow." is totally normal and actually encouraged. In fact I heard of b AC DC Blow Up Your Video World Tour 1988 Shirt one teacher who presented an admin with a written out lesson plan during an eval, and the admin looked at her like, "What the hell is this?" They very much have a culture of I'll see your lesson; you don't need to write it out.We don't require our teachers to write out lesson plans per say and it would be difficult to enforce in a very large district (I'm in a gigantic one). For the experienced teachers who know the content like the back of their hand, lesson plans are truly just a formality - they know what will be happening and they can make adjustments as needed. Admins can definitely see if things are going right and wrong regardless

 I have a friend who got medically discharged from the US Army during boot camp. Jumped down off one of those rope&wall obstacles (like in Officer and a Gentleman) and blew out his knee. This was right in the middle of the Gulf War, and he can legitimately claim injured gulf war veteran status. He used it to get an automatic hire from the US Census- twice.TBH, I think it's kinda ok, since he fulfilled his obligation and was willing to serve. And while technically his injury came earlier than expected, it was a legit injury that affects him to this day. But that never stopped me from teasing the hell out of him for it, especially after Skyrim came out.Finally was able to prove a guy I know has been lying for years about his service. Claimed to be a mp for 4 years in Iraq. He claimed his rank was Sargent major but really was a E-2 private. He wears the military style boots and a hat with the Velcro for patches, dog tags out on display at all times even over his coat in the winter
