 People take offense at just about anything, words are labeled as insensitive all the time, we don't accept most of those. I still say dwarf, because know what? I could just as well say midget or short stature with any amount of hate and bigotry.I've been told that saying handicapped, downs (as in, "he has downs" short for "downs syndrome"), strong, short, heavy, fat, hot, is insensitive. Most people are capable of understanding when something is said with hatred, and when it's not.I'm always open to learning more, doesn't seem like you are. I'm gonna take a guess that my point here is too obscure to easily deduce: The point in my comment should be clear, people get offended at just about everything. Simply giving them the power to say that a specific word isn't one you should use doesn't change anything, I can just as easily (as can anyone else) use any other word, or a Jeff Dunham 2020 Terrible Do Not Recommend Would Give Zero Star If I Could Shirt new one, to harrass people. Being a bigot shouldn't be accepted, but "banning" the usage of a word doesn't do anything positive.

I hate that happened but were you letting them run freely onto other people's property? I'm not for poisoning any animals, that's a dick move, but you also bear some responsibility allowing them to roam outdoors, especially if you knew this was one of many risks they would/could face.
