 My dad was almost 40 when I was born and my mom was 36. I always had older parents and grew up with only one grandparent. I was adopted though do not uncommon for adoptees to have older parents. I’ve recently started looking for my biological family and found that my biological grandparents are only a few years older than my All I Need Today Is A Little Bit Of Teacher And Jesus Shirt parents. I don't think I would have noticed much of a difference between the ages of my parents and the ages of my friends parents if my parents weren't constantly complaining about being the oldest parents at every event. My husband's parents were very young when he was born so my parents feel weird about being closer to the age of my husband's grandparents than parents but it has never impacted me much.

They are made characters. But they are to be diverse, not just with personalitys but looks too and that includes the body. People always talk about being represented in games and on TV and if people with large breasts can't be showen on something without being independently called fanservice or sexualizing them, its wrong.  Oh. Well my wife's district (I'm mid credential) doesn't have people write out lesson plans. They just kind of say go. So just thinking and going, "Hmmm... I think I'll try this tomorrow." is totally normal and actually encouraged. They very much have a culture of I'll see your lesson; you don't need to write it out.We don't require our teachers to write out lesson plans per say and it would be difficult to enforce in a very large district (I'm in a gigantic one). For the experienced teachers who know the content like the back of their hand, lesson plans are truly just a formality - they know what will be happening and they can make adjustments as needed. Admins can definitely see if things are going right and wrong regardless

 I have a friend who got medically discharged from the US Army during boot camp. Jumped down off one of those rope&wall obstacles (like in Officer and a Gentleman) and blew out his knee. He wears the military style boots and a hat with the Velcro for patches, dog tags out on display at all times even over his coat in the winter
